Privacy notice
This notice covers the email address you give us to join the Herofab early-access list. It does not yet cover the Herofab product itself; that notice will be published before accounts open.

What we keep
Your email address, the time you joined and the version of the consent text you agreed to. We do not store your IP address, device or location with it.
Why
To email you when early access opens and, occasionally, about the launch. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given with the checkbox next to the form.
Where it is stored and who processes it
The list is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated by Cloudflare, Inc. as our processor. Cloudflare may process data outside your country under its standard contractual clauses.
How long
Until early access opens and you have been told, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. We then delete the address.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent, ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, and object to processing at any time by writing to the contact above. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
